MeetingNote(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떤 정보가 외부로 전달되며, 어떻게 보호되는지 설명합니다.
개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치정보 등 어떠한 개인정보도 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 사용 통계·분석 도구도 사용하지 않습니다.
아래 데이터는 모두 이용자가 직접 작성·첨부한 것으로, 기기 내 앱 전용 저장공간에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

앱은 Android 자동 백업(Google 드라이브 백업)을 사용하지 않도록 설정되어 있어, 위 데이터가 클라우드로 자동 업로드되지 않습니다.
앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google LLC의 광고 서비스인 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 광고를 불러오고 표시하는 과정에서 Google 모바일 광고 SDK가 아래 정보를 수집하여 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 개발자에게 제공되지 않으며, Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

회의 내용, PDF, 필기, 녹음 등 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠는 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다.
이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하여 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
맞춤 광고를 제한해도 광고는 표시될 수 있으며, 이때는 맞춤화되지 않은 광고가 표시됩니다. 메뉴 이름은 기기 제조사에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
앱은 새 버전이 있는지 확인하기 위해 Google Play의 인앱 업데이트 기능을 사용합니다. 이 확인은 기기의 Google Play 스토어 앱을 통해 이루어지며, 개발자에게 별도의 정보가 전달되지 않습니다.
앱은 아래 권한을 해당 기능을 사용할 때에만 요청하며, 권한을 거부해도 해당 기능 외의 앱 사용에는 제한이 없습니다.

갤러리 이미지는 Android 시스템 사진 선택기를 통해 이용자가 고른 항목에만 접근합니다.
녹음 파일 공유, PDF 내보내기, 백업 파일 만들기는 이용자가 직접 실행할 때에만 이루어지며, 이용자가 선택한 외부 앱(메신저, 이메일 등) 또는 저장 위치로 전달됩니다. 전달된 데이터의 처리는 해당 외부 앱·서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
앱은 아동을 대상으로 한 서비스가 아니며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 업데이트 안내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the MeetingNote app (the "App") handles, what information leaves your device, and how it is protected.
The developer does not collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or location. The developer does not use any analytics or usage-tracking tools of its own.
The following data is created or attached by you and is stored only in the App's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded to a server.

Android Auto Backup (Google Drive backup) is disabled for the App, so this data is not uploaded to the cloud automatically.
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to keep the App free. When ads are requested and displayed, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the information below and send it to Google. This information is not provided to the developer and is processed under Google's Privacy Policy.

Content you create — meeting details, PDFs, handwriting, recordings — is never passed to the ad SDK.
You can limit personalized ads by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings.
After opting out you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized. Menu names may vary by device manufacturer.
The App uses Google Play's in-app update feature to check whether a new version is available. This check is performed through the Google Play Store app on your device, and no information is sent to the developer.
The App asks for the following permissions only when you use the related feature. If you deny a permission, you can still use the rest of the App.

Images from your gallery are accessed through the Android system photo picker, and only the items you select are available to the App.
Sharing a recording, exporting a PDF and creating a backup file happen only when you start them yourself. The data is sent only to the app (messenger, email, etc.) or storage location you choose, and is then handled under that app's or service's own privacy policy.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
If this policy changes, we will notify you through an app update notice or on this page. For significant changes, notice will be given at least 7 days before they take effect.
